PRODUCT WARRANTY TERMS

Stainless Steel Body Only: The 304 Grade Stainless Steel Exhaust Body holds a Lifetime* Warranty and is warranted against through and through rust. While the 304 Grade Stainless Steel body lasts for many years, the term 'Lifetime' refers to a period of 7 (seven) years from the date of purchase, which is considered to be the standard useful life of the product under normal operating conditions. 

Manufacturing Defects: The Exhaust is warranted against manufacturing defects in terms of welded joints for a period of 1 (one) Year from the date of purchase. Any other manufacturing defects refer to any defect that prevents the product from functioning/fitting as intended by design and is warranted for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of purchase. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the company reserves the right to repair or replace the particular defective part (not the full product) at its discretion. Manufacturing defects will be determined and approved by the Company based on photo or video proof/evidence to be provided by the customer to the satisfaction of the Company along with proof of date of purchase with a valid invoice; such approvals will be at the sole discretion of the Company. 

Black Finish Exhaust: The black coating is warranted against chipping or peeling off on its own for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. However, if the chipping or peeling off is caused by physical damage, it will not be considered under warranty.

General Exclusions:

- Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect

- Any damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or discoloration

- Physical damages incurred during usage

- Accidents
