RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
WITHIN INDIA-
Products once sold cannot be returned, it can only be exchanged incase there is any manufacturing defect or parts missing. Incase there is any defect/damage/missing of a single part or parts, only those will be exchanged and not the entire assembly after we have judged the extent of defect/damage/missing (if any) parts based on proof submitted by the customer in the form of photos/videos.
While most of our products have been designed keeping in mind the ease of installation we advise that you get the products installed by a reputed and well versed mechanic/service provider. Any damage/modifications to the products and its parts done during installation will not be entertained for exchange or return.
Incase there is any damage during shipping, the same needs to be brought to our notice within 2 days form the receipt of the product/s with proof in terms of photos/videos etc.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, shipping back to us will have to be arranged by the Customer through a reputed courier service provider, charges to and from for any exchange will be borne by the Customer and we may choose to refund the same depending on the situation. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Incase a product or parts that have been accepted by us for exchange is out of stock or not available with us at the time, we may replace the product or parts with a similar item or give you a timeline by when we can expect to restock and initiate the exchange.
Our products are after-market products and accessories and are meant for leisure and performance use only. SSMC WORKS LLP or its associates/distributors cannot be held responsible for violation of any RTO/Pollution Control/Government/Safety or any other Laws or any other rules and regulations in India or any part of the world. The purchaser of the products is entirely responsible for compliance of all Laws and safety norms anywhere in India and the world and cannot be a basis for return or exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchange on sale/discounted items or gift cards.
Cancellations
Cancellations may be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order or within 24 Hours as an acceptation at the sole discretion of SSMC Works LLP. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been processed and the packing and shipping process has been initiated, this is solely at the discretion of SSMC Works LLP. Refunds post acceptance of order cancellation if at all, will be processed after deducting a minimum of 10% of the order value to cover Hosting, Shopify, Payment Gateway, Marketing Expenses Etc. which are incurred when an order is placed.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to us on info.ssmotocorp@gmail.com with photos and videos and adequate proof of damage/defect. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our end based on the proof provided. This should be reported within 2 Days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to our notice within 2 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Refunds
In the rare cases, incase a refund is made at SSMC WORKS LLP's discretion only, the process thereof, timelines, mode of refund, percentage to be deducted etc. will be discussed with the Customer on case-to-cases basis.
Refunds will be credited to the source account within 5 - 7 working days post approval of refund from SSMC WORKS LLP, based on the discussion above, if any.
INTERNATIONAL-
While we have and continue to ship our products worldwide to numerous satisfied customers; shipping abroad is complex, time consuming and expensive; especially to certain parts of the world. Therefore for international orders the following return/exchange policies apply-
